The S’Lowdown On The Kind Table

This week is Great Big Green Week, and we know just the place to pick up some wonderful sustainable essentials in our local area.  

The Kind Table is Rye’s first fully plastic free, eco-friendly, ethical refillery and lifestyle shop.  It really can make all the difference by swapping some of your every day staples with a sustainable swap, so why not pop in and get inspired by their range!

They have everything from kitchen items, cleaning supplies, cupboard essentials and ethical gifts.  In their kitchen range you can find beeswax wrap designed to replace clingfilm and foil.  These cleverly designed natural wraps can be reused multiple times, and only need to be washed in cold water.  Not only can you do your bit for the planet, but you can also save some money in the long run too by ditching the single use plastics!  They also have lots of plastic free washing up items and some lovely smelling eco-friendly cleaning products.

Make sure to bring along some empty storage jars or a reusable container so you can restock your pantry – fill up on staples from pasta to quinoa, seeds, salts, coffee and more. 

Their range of soaps and shampoo bars is all handmade with natural ingredients and smells wonderful. They also stock some fab beauty products from natural deodorants, lip balms and even sunscreen. Lots of things that would make a lovely ethical gift for a friend or perhaps just a nice treat for yourself!
