Following the Government announcement today we are required to remain closed under the terms of lockdown until 12th April.
We are contacting all of those booked with us between now and 12th April to reschedule bookings or to refund those who do not wish to reschedule. If the lockdown extends beyond 12th April we will contact those of you with bookings affected in due course.
You can make bookings for dates for dates beyond 12th April 2021. You will only pay a 15% deposit at the point of booking. Balances aren't due until a week before the break - and if at that time we are still legally required to be closed you will have the opportunity to reschedule your break or have your deposit refunded.
If you have a booking with us via Canopy & Stars the same rules will apply but you will need to contact them direct to process any changes to your booking.
